Man, I was with this movie up until the end. It's not that I don't like twists, it's that I don't like cliche and boring twists that I've seen before. Without giving too much away, it's the same ending as a fairly recent foreign film which was not remade, but whose director has done remakes since. Ok, that's maybe giving too much away. Fuck it. At least Elizabeth Olsen rocked it.
As I mentioned in the review, I recently did another review for Fun With Horror, a review of a movie whose alien creature on the cover is NOT in the god damn movie. For shame.

Now... ready for something a bit more positive? The Loved Ones is finally coming out in the States. Haven't heard of it? Not surprised. Let's just say that it's the most original and unique take on the torture porn genre that I've ever seen. STOP! Don't turn away at the mention of torture porn. It's not like that. It's different.
