Actress Katie Holmes, is reportedly getting a divorce from her husband, actor Tom Cruise, ending their five years marriage.
"This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family," says Holmes's attorney Jonathan Wolfe to People. "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."
It will be Tom's third divorce while for Katie, her first. They have a daughter, 6 year-old Suri.
