Jersey Shore's Deena Cortese fined for "dancing in the streets ... Jul 5th 2012, 03:19 Jersey Shore's Deena Cortese will not be criminally charged over her last month's arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.   Despite getting some break from the law by pleading guilty, the court ordered the 25 year-old Cortese to pay up a total $139 in fines ($106 fine and $33 in court costs).  Cortese was arrested for public intoxication in Seaside Heights, New Jersey after she was seen dancing like crazy in the streets and creating a disturbance.  I bet there will be a next time...   [Photo courtesy of Seaside Heights Police Department via Getty Images] Follow MindRelaxingIdeas on Twitter! - Facebook!
