I haven't had time to do many blog posts in a while, and I apologize about that, but you might have heard of the ever so popular book, 50 Shades of Grey by E. L. James. It's been pretty popular for a while now, and my friend got me the book for my birthday so I decided I should jump on the bandwagon and read it too.
Considering my birthday was less than a week ago, I am only in Chapter 5 so I don't really have an opinion or a book review. I just wanted to see what you guys thought of the book? Have you read the book?
Also, I heard they are going to make a movie about the book! There have been a lot of rumors going around the web-o-sphere about who they are deciding to cast for the film. I decided to create my own ideas for the characters and wanted to know who you think will be a good Christian or Ana.
So, I haven't put a ton of thought into these decisions so don't tear me apart and criticize these choices to hard. haha, okay here it goes. For the wonderful college graduate in our story, Anastasia Steele, I wouldn't pick Kristen Stewart or Amanda Seyfried. I think I would go for the Zooey Deschanel, Emma Stone type actress. My best picks for Ana would be Lucy Hale or Elizabeth Olsen, I think.
For the multi-billionaire Christian Grey, would be a tough pick because his character is so intriguing it's easy to mess up. I'm a big fan of Josh Duhamel, but I wouldn't mind an old school actor, like let's bring back Freddie Prinze Jr. or something, even though he's like super old now. For the other characters as Kate, Jose and Elliot, I think there could be so many possibilities. I have heard that Ashley Benson was considering being Ana, and I think she would make a better Kate instead.
But yeah, as for now. That's what I think, I guess we will see what happens. What do you think of my picks, who do you think might be on the big screen?
